Hamblin’s is focused on quality customer service.

Returns within 30 days

All items must be returned to Hamblin’s HOPESource within 30 days of shipment date from Hamblin’s HOPESource. We recommend inspection upon receipt of shipment.

Pre-Printed Products
To return or exchange your item(s), please call Hamblin’s HOPESource Customer Service at 1-800-274-0016 and request a Return Authorization Number. Hamblin’s HOPESource orders are shipped by United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. We recommend you ship returns by the same carrier and insure your shipment. Orders that are returned to Hamblin’s HOPESource, either for replacement or refund, must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and must be received by Hamblin’s HOPESource within two weeks of issuance of Return Authorization Number. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns, unless the original shipment from Hamblin’s HOPESource was damaged during shipment (see below).

Custom/Personalized Products
Hamblin’s HOPESource custom and personalized printed items that are produced from a customer’s approved proofs, including all errors or omissions of the customer, are not subject to refunds.

Direct Mail Items
Hamblin’s HOPESource cannot and does not guarantee on-time delivery by the United States Postal Service. This includes all mailings, even date sensitive mailings. When Hamblin’s HOPESource agrees to mail a direct mail job on a certain day, Hamblin’s HOPESource’s sole obligation is to transfer that mailing to the United States Postal Service on the agreed upon date of mailing. Please contact Hamblin’s HOPESource Customer Service at 1-800-274-0016 for assistance regarding late deliveries for date sensitive mailings.

Banner sizes, colors, finish, and hardware may vary slightly due to the production process. Customized banner printing per an approved customer proof, including all errors or omissions of the customer, is not subject to refunds.

Banner Hardware
Banner hardware is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty regarding defects in hardware material per the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Hamblin’s HOPESource does not provide any warranty, either express or implied, regarding any banner hardware. Typically, a manufacturer’s warranty covers banner hardware only when the hardware is properly installed and is used properly under normal conditions, without abuse. Improper installation or use of banner hardware or unauthorized alterations of banner hardware after shipment from Hamblin’s HOPESource may void any manufacturer’s warranty.
Orders Damaged in Shipment
A customer should not accept delivery of any orders from Hamblin’s HOPESource that have obviously been damaged during shipping. Instead, the customer should request that the carrier return the shipment to Hamblin’s HOPESource. Any items damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional expense to customer.
